David Adams

David Adams directs companywide training strategies for a division of 1200+ employees, including in-class and on-line curriculum. He developed management training, coaching and mentoring programs, seminars and events, sales meetings and executive team annual meetings. He was awarded Ajilon’s "Superstar Achievement Award" in 2006. Previously, as Area VP for Accountants On Call, Adams opened and managed branches in the Pacific Northwest, including hiring and training managers and staff. He is a member of Northwest Learning Forum and a trained actor and musician.

A training consultant specializing in organizational learning and team development, Callecod was formerly with the Effectiveness Institute. As divisional vice president for diversity and organizational learning at the Bon Marché, she founded and directed the Bon Marché Training Academy, a corporate university-style training and development program for managers and executives.

Severy has provided training design and delivery, group facilitation and public speaking through her consulting firm, Management Dynamics, since 1999. Formerly a lead trainer and executive coach with Malandro Communications, Inc. and a VP of client services at the Seattle Right Management Consultants, providing career transition and organizational development services. Severy recently co-developed a train-the-trainer program for Comcast University through North Seattle Community College.

Aimee Windmiller-Wood, B.A.

As the Director of Training for Fierce, Inc., Windmiller-Wood works with a diverse client base, including many Fortune 500 Companies, training Fierce ConversationsTM. In addition to training, she manages the certification process for trainers in companies around the globe. In her position as Manager of Stores Training for Macy’s, Windmiller-Wood previously managed the comprehensive training of Macy’s northwest population. A Six Sigma Green Belt, she has first-hand understanding of the role of training in the cultural change process resulting from corporate mergers. Windmiller-Wood is a graduate of the UW Training Specialist program and an experienced actor.
