John Crawford Howell is President of SMART Business in a Flat World, Inc., a cross-cultural communications consulting company based in Seattle and Washington DC. John Crawford Howell's international business career spans more than three decades and 60 countries including having lived and worked in the Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Germany and Viet Nam. As a former executive with Westin Hotels, Rainier National Bank, and International Silver Company, John possesses an in-depth knowledge of the vital role cross-cultural awareness and behavior play in achieving strategic objectives. He currently serves as an executive advisor to corporations seeking to strengthen their professional presence and interactions at the global level. Mr. Howell is also Vice President of the International Association of Protocol Consultants® / Officers™ (IAPC) www.IAPC360.ORG and a member of its Board of Advisors.

Jerome Polite
Director/Project Manager of The Polite Team Consulting, LLC, providing Information Technology Project Management Consulting and Training services.

Jerome Polite is the Director/Project Manager of his newly formed consulting firm - The Polite Team Consulting; LLC. He is currently engaged in several Project Management, Analysis, and Teaching assignments in the area; including teaching Project Management concepts and MS Project for the highly successful Regional Small Business Development Program offered by the Seattle Public Schools and Sound Transit in Seattle. Jerome has over thirty-five years experience in Information Technology, starting as a Jr Computer Programmer. He has a BS in Business Administration - Management. Jerome also has his M.B.A from California State University, Dominguez Hills, CA; and was awarded the Master's Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from George Washington University, Washington, D. C.

Cass Tang, PMP, is President and CEO of Synergy Corps, a consulting firm that provides project and program management services to clients in the Puget Sound region and nationally within the education, healthcare, non-profit and government verticals. Cass has over 25 years of engineering and management experience with Boeing, Weyerhaeuser, and Todd Shipyard and technology project and program management experience for Infospace, First2File, Russell Investments and Right Systems. Synergy Corps is Washington State Minority, Women Business Certified. As the current President for the Puget Sound Chapter of Project Management Institute, Cass oversees a 21 member Board for a chapter that serves over 2500 members. She is also is an adjunct Board member for the Communities in Schools of Tacoma and serves as a mentor for university students, fellow project managers, and peers.
