The paralegal profession has been rapidly growing in the region during the past several years. Participants in the Paralegal Studies Certificate Program gain knowledge and skills needed to enter the paralegal field. Designed and taught by leading attorneys in the Puget Sound region, this intensive nine-month program combines theory and practical fundamentals of legal practice. Litigation support skills, essential for the entry-level paralegal, are emphasized in the program, which has been developed and approved by the UW School of Law. Participants earn 27 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon completion of the program.
