Refine your fashion voice and create a plan for reaching your target audience with your unique fashion line. This certificate program will help you understand the contemporary fashion market and the ways that a designer can find a niche within it and yet stand out by creating a personal design voice. You will learn the decisions that any designer must make to move from design concept to making a line a reality, including decisions on the nature and sourcing of textiles and other materials, costing and pricing, construction processes, and distribution. Finally, you will learn to put together a marketing plan that will bring your work to the attention of the markets that offer you the best possibility of success.
