Patrick LoCicero
LoCicero has taught in San Francisco, New York and Seattle. He exhibits his work nationally, and is represented locally by the Grover/Thurston Gallery. LoCicero's work is collage-based, and is both contemporary and nostalgic, with many-layered references to our collective pasts. LoCicero received his M.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute. Mark Takamichi Miller
Miller is represented by Howard House and Pulliam Deffenbaugh galleries. He has received MacDowell Colony Fellowships, a Seattle Artists Award from the Seattle Arts Commission, a Gap Grant from Artist Trust, and, most recently, the "Neddy" from the Behnke Foundation in 2001. Miller has taught at the University of Oregon and Cornish College of the Arts, as well as at the University of Washington. He received his M.F.A. in painting from the University of Iowa. Danila Rumold
Rumold received a BA from DePaul University and was on scholarship to do independent studies at the Art Institute of Chicago. In 2001, she received her MFA in Painting from the University of Washington. Rumold has been teaching at Seattle University for the last four years, where this past summer she was resident director and instructor for a drawing/painting program in Siena, Italy. She has exhibited her work in Seattle, Oregon and Chicago and has work in both private and public collections. www.danilarumold.com
Linda Thomas
Thomas was the recipient of Artist Trust GAP grants in 1998 and 2001, and consequently produced the billboard installation On Time, seen from Aurora Ave. N. in Seattle during February and March 2004. Her work has been seen in exhibitions at the Frye Art Museum, Seattle, the Portland Art Museum, Northern National Art Competition, NW Annual at COCA, SOIL Exhibition at Bumbershoot, and Northwest Book Fest. Thomas completed a drawing installation during the 2000 UW Summer Arts Festival, and has been teaching art at area colleges and in the University of Washington Extension Drawing and Painting Certificate Program since 1996 and received an Excellence in Teaching Award in 2005.
